How to download videos to iPhone or iPad for free
If you are not from the USA and want to download videos from the internet (YouTube) to the iPad/iPhone and watch them offline then follow these 6 simple steps:
- On your iPad/iPhone find the video you want to save and copy the link (YouTube/Vimeo)
- Open App Store
, download “Documents” by Readdle 
- Open Documents then type en.savefrom.net in the app’s browser
- Paste the link you copied in Step 1 and click download
- Go to Documents/Downloads, click on the 3 blue dots in the corner of the video
- Move the video to Documents/Photos

Savefromnet says they no longer service the USA. SO that goes for Documents by Readdle. Shame. Just had to restore my IPad and lost all of the wonderful videos I had downloaded before Readdle quit the USA. Bloody shame.

Can we only download from YouTube ?
The short answer is no. I have tried Vimeo and is working (360p). Feel free to follow the same steps regardless of the platform.
