When you download a file from Ozgo Productions, you’re purchasing a Royalty Free license that allows you to use the content for any personal, business, or commercial use that the license doesn’t restrict. That means you can use our content in a variety of ways, including ads, promotion, apps, websites, social media, television and film, slideshows, journals, magazines, and books, as well as product packaging.
The following are the rights given to you by Ozgo Productions, subject to restricted uses mentioned below:
Your rights to use the content downloaded during your agreement are perpetual, which means they will never expire.
You do not have exclusive rights to utilise the content. Other clients can licence the same material from Ozgo Productions.
Content can be utilised anywhere in the world, implying that it can be used in any geographic location.
You can use it in an unlimited number of projects and in any medium.
“Use” means to copy, reproduce, change, edit, synchronise, perform, display, transmit, or publish for the purposes of this agreement.
Websites, blog entries, social media, ads, marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, newspapers, magazines, books, film and television productions, web and mobile applications, and product packaging are all examples of how licensed content can be used.
a. You may not utilise content in any way that permits others to extract, download, or redistribute it as a separate file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the project or end use).
b. You may not misrepresent yourself as the creator of an end use that is mostly made up of licensed content. You can’t, for example, claim authorship of an artwork created entirely from licensed sources.
c. You may not use content in electronic or digital templates intended for resale or other distribution, for example, website templates, business card templates, electronic greeting card templates, brochure design templates.
d. You may not use content in connection with any goods or services intended for resale or distribution where the primary value is in the content itself, such as cards, stationery items, paper products, calendars, apparel items, posters (printed on paper, canvas, or any other media), DVDs, mobile applications, NFTs, or other items for resale.
e. You may not use content for pornographic, defamatory, or other illegal purposes, or in violation of any relevant laws or industry codes.
f. You may not utilise content (including any caption information, keywords, or other metadata associated with the content) for machine learning and/or artificial intelligence purposes, or for technologies built for or intended to identify natural humans.
Do I need to include a video credit? Yes, if technically feasible, you must include the following credit in visual productions: “Ozgo Productions”
For downloaded files, Ozgo Productions does not issue refunds or re-credits. File returns will only be considered if there are technical issues with the file, at Ozgo Productions’ sole discretion.
