Digital Products (Stock Footage) – Non‑Refundable
- No Returns or Exchanges
All sales of digital stock footage are final. Because the content is delivered electronically, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.- Download & Access Confirmation
When you complete a purchase, you will receive an email with a download link (or access instructions). Once this link has been activated and the footage has begun to download or stream, the transaction is considered completed.- Defective or Corrupt Files
If you receive a file that is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide:
- Order number / transaction ID
- Description of the problem (e.g., file size mismatch, playback error)
- Any relevant screenshots or logs – We will review your claim and, if verified, provide a new download link at no additional cost. This is the only exception to our non‑refund policy.
- License Restrictions
All footage sold by Ozgo Productions comes with a standard royalty‑free license (see the license agreement attached to each product). The license cannot be revoked or refunded after delivery.- Contact & Support
