My wife won this Wii at a raffle back in 2009 and until a few days ago was never used. One of the reason was because the power supply was 110V (United States) and when she tried to plug it into a 220V it started smelling burning. 114-2020 – Busy Bee

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about a busy bee against the blue sky, ready to land on a plant with yellow leaves. Recently, I’ve had the pleasure to look up at the sky and appreciate a perfectly blue sky and no chemtrails to be seen. Some believe that long-lasting condensation trails are “chemtrails” consisting of chemical or biological agents left in the sky by high-flying aircraft, sprayed for nefarious purposes undisclosed to the general public. Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about the Paschal Greeting, also known as the Easter Acclamation, an Easter custom among Eastern Orthodox, Oriental Orthodox, Eastern Catholic, Latin Catholic, and Anglican Christians. Romanians say: Hristos a Inviat! Christ has Risen in English. The response is: Adevarat a Inviat! – Indeed He has Risen! in English. 109-2020 – Orthodox Easter Preparations

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about the Orthodox Easter Preparations, we’ll celebrate tomorrow. We’ll paint the eggs mainly red and tomorrow each member of the family will pick one egg each, say an incantation then smash the boiled eggs on their heads. Whoever’s eggs remain intact wins. Then we’ll have a range of traditional sweet breads called Cozonac and Pasca. Main meal will consists of Tripe Soup (Ciorbă de Burtă) Stuffed Minced Meat Cabbage Rolls (Sarmale). 103-2020 – Tree of Life

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is a about the Cherry Tree in front of my house which looks similar to the Tree of Life in the Celtic Culture. For the Ancient Celts, the Tree of Life was a symbol of balance, harmony, strength, a long life and wisdom. The tree also represents rebirth, as it will lose its leaves during the fall season, hibernate throughout the winter, and will be reborn again once spring arrives. 102-2020 – Cleaning Wounds

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about ”cleaning wounds” my daughter got from a scooter accident a few weeks ago. Initially, she cleaned her wounds with a wet tissue while sitting on the sofa, but didn’t feel was clean enough, so she climbed on the ladder, turn on the tap and with the same tissue started cleaning the wounds even more, by the kitchen sink.
