Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020” is about London Wall Place, where old and new coexist in perfect harmony. In this photo you can see the tower of the church of the medieval hospital of the Elsyng Spital. William Elsyng, a London merchant, founded the hospital in 1330 to provide shelter, spiritual and physical care for London’s homeless blind people.
