127-2020 – Forests on the Moon?

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020, is cropped shot of the full moon.

This image was taken with Canon 5D Mark III, with a 70-200 mm @200, 1/250s, F11, ISO 100 and apart from cropping no other edits have been done.

I started noticing a slight tint on green on certain areas on the moon which leads me to believe that might be forests over there. Who knows?
