Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, was taken in one of the best kept secret in Preston, Highgate Wood.

This is a place where people can visit and enjoy the nature and wildlife. During heavy rainfall, this area is used to stock excess river water from Savick Brook.
