Capturing the Magic of Childhood – A Sunset Family Photo Session

As a family photographer, I love capturing those special, unscripted moments of childhood wonder and imagination. Recently, I had the joy of photographing a session with a mom and her two kids, a boy and a girl, playing together in the sunset glow of Rise Park in Basildon. It was a fun, active shoot full of laughter, magic, and togetherness. The golden sunlight filtering through the trees set a beautiful scene. Both kids were thrilled to run around and explore. I let the two siblings play more naturally while I followed capturing candid moments. Some of my favourite images were […]

Teaching My 6-Year-Old Daughter The Art of Photography: A Cozy Home Studio Experience

As a parent, there’s nothing quite as rewarding as sharing a passion with your child. For me, that passion is photography, and I recently had the pleasure of teaching my 6-year-old daughter the basics of using a camera. We set up our cozy home studio at Ozgo Productions and got to work. I started by taking photos of her and my wife, trying out different outfits. Shortly after, she took over. I showed her how to zoom in and out, adjust the aperture, and frame a subject. It was amazing to see how quickly she picked up on everything and […]

A Proud Parent Moment When My 6 and a Half Year Old Daughter Took Over a Professional Photo Session

As a professional photographer, I have been taking pictures for years, but nothing has ever compared to the experience I had when my 6 and a half year old daughter took over an ad hoc studio photo session our friends ask me to do. After a few images, my daughter offered to take over the session for me. To my surprise, she did an amazing job! She showed a level of maturity and skill that I hadn’t expected from someone her age. She captured some beautiful images and also had a great sense of humour, making sure everyone was having […]

332-2020 – Little Princess

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about a little princess who visited our Ozgo Productions studio to celebrate her birthday with a photo session. I used a Canon 5D Mark 3 with a 70-200mm f/2.8L lens and a black background because she was wearing a yellow dress and I wanted the greatest contrast between the subject and the background. Find out more about our Family Photography Sessions. Like, comment and book your photo session now!

Christmas card

Christmas Card to hang on the wall This will be a surprise Christmas Card for my parents featuring my daughter Diana. This is a composite, I’ve photoshopped in a portrait of Diana that I shot especially for this purpose. She was dressed up in a Santa Costume and the matching hat. I am pleased with the results and decided to print it A3 and give it to my parents to hang it on the wall. If you want something similar done featuring your baby instead please contact me.

Newborn photo session

Diana was born on Friday, 26 August 2016 at Queen’s Hospital in Romford at 7:05 am. When she was only two days old she has her first photo session. The next photo session at 3 weeks old when aunt Victoria and grandma came to visit. The third photo session was at 6 weeks old, and you can easily see how much she has changed.
