Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about Santa coming to town a little bit early this year, probably confused by the lockdown. It looks like due to the cold and flu season, in UK the Christmas will happen via Zoom. I even spotted Santa in his sledge in the sky a little bit earlier. Ho-Ho-Ho Merry Lockdown Everyone!Like, comment & share!

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about the girl in the swing with huge pink boots. Obviously, my daughter doesn’t have huge feet, but they may look huge if I used a wide angle lens and her feet are close to the lens. To avoid distortion to my subject’s face, I placed her head in the middle of the frame. You might say that everyone knows this camera trick by now, except the people who install cameras on rackets and satellites, unless they do it on purpose. But then why they would […]
Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is of a can of Heineken on a black background. This is my wife’s favourite lager beer, but not my favourite subject to photograph in my studio. Because of the shiny surface, it’s very easy to get reflections you don’t want. Like, comment & share!

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about my daughter drawing in the garden. Not long ago she would draw all over the paper, but recently I have noticed how she is more careful and draws within the contour of the subject. Like, comment & share!
Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about the tree of life getting ready for winter. Back in March, the same tree was full of flowers and now it only has a few yellow leaves left. It’s true what they say that in Autumn every leaf is a flower.
Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about my first attempt at food carving. The image above should resemble an owl. I used two apples, and two raisin for eyes and a few toothpicks to bring the body parts together. Was fun. I will try different animals in the future. Like, comment & share!
Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about a curious squirrel resting on my fence.
Below are some of the images we took during the family photoshoot and except the 1-2 images the rest were taken by Diana, my 4 years old daughter.
Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about one of those proud father moments when my daughter went behind the lens, directing and actually taking pictures of her friends. Usually, with any other activity her attention span is really short, a few minutes the most before she comes up with one of her lines: “I’m tired” Or “I’m bored”.Today after 30 minutes she was still going and I had to turn off the studio lights to signal that the photo session is over. Some of the images from this photoshoot can be seen […]

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about two bananas on a mirror in the Ozgo Productions studio. The setup was really simple, one flash head shooting through a snoot, about 45 degrees from the subject pointing down. The main benefit of using a snoot is controlling the light. It restricts the spread to a narrow beam, so that some areas of the frame are not lit at all. In our tabletop example, the bananas are highlighted and the background is totally black. Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about a moment worth remembering, after 3 months in Romania the entire family is back to the UK. Initially we were thinking to return for good in Romania, but after 3 months we realised that nothing has changed and I don’t think it will change anytime soon. As my wife said, “Let’s not forget why we left in the first place”. In conclusion, we would like that our daughter will have the best opportunity for a decent life, with less unnecessary struggles if possible and if […]

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is a sneak peek into our neighbours’ Halloween preparations. I had to try the one with white custard on top, red eyes and mouse and I have to admit, it was delicious. Like, comment & share!
