A Proud Parent Moment When My 6 and a Half Year Old Daughter Took Over a Professional Photo Session

As a professional photographer, I have been taking pictures for years, but nothing has ever compared to the experience I had when my 6 and a half year old daughter took over an ad hoc studio photo session our friends ask me to do.

After a few images, my daughter offered to take over the session for me. To my surprise, she did an amazing job!

She showed a level of maturity and skill that I hadn’t expected from someone her age. She captured some beautiful images and also had a great sense of humour, making sure everyone was having a good time. She was able to give direction and capture moments between them that I would have never been able to get.

I’m sure that with more practice and experience she will become an incredible photographer. I’m excited to see where this newfound passion takes her in the future -who knows, maybe she’ll end up as a professional photographer one day!

I was so proud of her for taking initiative and the results were amazing!
