056-2020 – Daily Commute
Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020” is of a glimpse into my daily commute captured again with my Insta360 One X.
Below is 1 minute 360 video of this journey. It took me a while to figure out how to upload and display a 360 video. Even though the Insta360 One X is able to export the video for YouTube, when you upload it, is still showing as a normal 16×9 aspect ratio and the image is totally distorted. To solve this issue, I had to inject the 360 spherical metadata into the video. In order to do this, I had to install Spatial Media Metadata Injector on a PC to do it. I couldn’t find a way to do it on my iPhone, if you know how to do it please let me know in the comment section below.
