278-2020 – Rewire Outdoor Light

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about rewire outdoor light and feed it through the wall.

Rewire Outdoor Light

For about two years the cable of the outdoor light was running through a small window and during the winter I could feel the draft running down my neck. To fix the issue, I had to detach the wire from the rear of the light in order to be able to run it through the hole in the wall. Long story short, the issue has been fixed and I can fully close the window now.

Why I haven’t fixed until now? Mainly because I didn’t have a drill powerful enough and recently I got one. Today even had the time to do it. Very proud of myself. 😉

But the main reason why I took the photo was to remember how the wires were connected, so I can Rewire the outdoor light after the cable made through the wall.
