336-2020 – Contrails or Chemtrails

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about the white trails planes leave behind in the sky: Contrails or Chemtrails? Allegedly, contrails or vapour trails are line-shaped clouds produced by aircraft engine exhaust or changes in air pressure, typically at aircraft cruising altitudes several miles above the Earth’s surface. Contrails are composed primarily of water, in the form of ice crystals. Some believe that long-lasting condensation trails are “chemtrails” consisting of chemical or biological agents left in the sky by high-flying aircraft, sprayed for nefarious purposes undisclosed to the general public. It’s true […]

335-2020 – BMW Servicing Specialists

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about Power Developments: the actual BMW Servicing Specialists in Basildon. A few days ago my car developed some ABS issues, and happy to say that now are resolved, thanks to the specialists at Power Developments. My takeaway from this experience is: don’t use any garage and try to find a garage specialised on the kind of car you are having, even though is a bit more expensive. The previous garage I went to asked £160 to fix my issue and they couldn’t, but wasted a day […]

332-2020 – Little Princess

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about a little princess who visited our Ozgo Productions studio to celebrate her birthday with a photo session. I used a Canon 5D Mark 3 with a 70-200mm f/2.8L lens and a black background because she was wearing a yellow dress and I wanted the greatest contrast between the subject and the background. 329-2020 – Mother and Child Statue in Basildon Town Centre

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about the mother and child statue in Basildon Town Centre. If you look closely, you might notice that someone considered that the initial sculpture is missing something to be a complete work of art, so they have added a traffic cone on top. Not the most funny art installation, but still a creative approach to and existent iconic ‘The Mother and Child’ fountain situated in the central plaza of the Basildon town centre. Luckily, the addition is not permanent and the traffic cone can be easily […]

325-2020 – Red Grapefruit on Black Background

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is of a red grapefruit on black background, shot in my studio @Ozgo Productions. Most doctors recommend eating Ruby Red grapefruit for the more potent antioxidants. The Ruby Red grapefruit has twenty-eight times more vitamin A than the original white grapefruit. Just like vitamin C, vitamin A works as a powerful antioxidant. Like, comment & share!

323-2020 – One Pound Coin

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is an image of a one pound coin appearing to roll down, featuring the profile of Queen Elizabeth II since the original coin’s introduction on 21 April 1983. Like, comment & share!

322-2020 – Lemon Mold

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is a studio shot of a lemon with green mold on it. Please remember, if your bread, lemon, apple jam tomato sauce etc has any amount of mold on it, don’t just remove the mold layer and continue using that product, because a cancerous substances called aflatoxins already contaminated your food. 321-2020 – Santa is coming to town

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about Santa coming to town a little bit early this year, probably confused by the lockdown. It looks like due to the cold and flu season, in UK the Christmas will happen via Zoom. I even spotted Santa in his sledge in the sky a little bit earlier. Ho-Ho-Ho Merry Lockdown Everyone!Like, comment & share!

320-2020 – Huge Pink Boots

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is about the girl in the swing with huge pink boots. Obviously, my daughter doesn’t have huge feet, but they may look huge if I used a wide angle lens and her feet are close to the lens. To avoid distortion to my subject’s face, I placed her head in the middle of the frame. You might say that everyone knows this camera trick by now, except the people who install cameras on rackets and satellites, unless they do it on purpose. But then why they would […]

319-2020 – Heineken

Today’s photo of the day, part of “a photo a day challenge 2020”, is of a can of Heineken on a black background. This is my wife’s favourite lager beer, but not my favourite subject to photograph in my studio. Because of the shiny surface, it’s very easy to get reflections you don’t want.
